Availability of deficiencies in the company. A company may have some imperfections in its systems. It might be the inefficiencies in the management structure, reporting relationships and the policies that are not consistent with the goals. The adjustments in such aspects may be necessary to ensure that the operations are smooth.

The nature of work and the workforce. The work that people do affects the manner in which they behave. Furthermore, the different ages of workers influence their behavior. For instance, old workers are more loyal to their employers than any other thing. There is also a high employee turnover in most organizations as well as the complexity of working relationships.

The variations in the business environment prompt the business to adjust as soon as possible to continue making use of positive things that are present. Some changes are positive and affect the operations positively making the firm to benefit and increase sales.
