Every time a group of individuals are lost in the woods, the team who will immediately respond to this call of duty are the search and rescue teams. They play an important role in saving everyone who are distress. These emergency operations are often performed by local law enforcements, civilian volunteers and highly trained military experts. The pu8rpose of their operation is to locate, withdraw and stabilize individuals in need.

This is the main reason why every crew member is required to undergo training in this area to perform their duties effectively. The primary purpose of helicopter search and rescue training is to provide essential skills important to effectively perform a rescue operation with minimal risk and liability to those individuals involved and the safety of the rescuers.

Helicopters are a valuable and unique resource that supply most observers a system or a transportation workhorse to transport supplies and personnel. Though they are valuable and important, there is still an utmost danger working around helicopters especially for untrained individuals. To reduce the risk of danger, it is crucial that those working around helicopters should receive the proper amount of training appropriate for their individual responsibilities.
