As time goes by, people are replaced in different leadership positions to keep serving those under them. This does not only happen in politics but also in many other organizations and setups. Leadership training requires one to be committed. It is not easy but you have to do it. Unfailing commitment is what you are expected to show as you tackle your duties and different roles. The people who are under you will be always expecting to hear the next step from you, and when you fail, they will feel let down, which should never get there.

Persistence is highly-called for. One should not be at their best performance level for one day and perform adversely the following day. Persistence is a value you will be taught the need to emphasize when you attend the programs. Any leader should be humble as much as they are confident. Being humble does not mean you do not rebuke and positively criticize your juniors. When one is consulted regardless of the position they occupy in an organization, it means so much to them. They will feel a part of the operations and this will make them work harder. Gathering their opinions and suggestions helps you to understand their thought and different approaches, and this will give you some insight on what to do even if you will not end up using all they had to offer.

The programs teach leaders the need to keep their team motivated. It is not hard to achieve this. It only requires one to be willing to do it and it will indeed unfold as one desires. At times you may be demoralized and low in spirit, but these other players of the team should not notice it. Their motivation comes from seeing you up and moving, and when you depict lack of motivation they might as well become demotivated.

When one does something exceptionally in your organization, you have to notice and possibly reward them. This does not mean you pay the for doing what they are expected, but it means you notice their exceptional effort and reward them to keep them working even smarter. This stirs an urge and desire for commendation from the other members of your team, and you will notice they have improved in what they do.

One can make mistakes even when they are the leaders. It can be quite unfortunate when you do and fail to accept and acknowledge that you are on the wrong. This shows that you will have it hard forgiving your subjects. One should be easy, acknowledge their wrongs, and forgive their subjects when on the wrong.
