For economical terms, the organizations are utilizing the surplus revenues in order for their mission or purpose to be achieved instead of the distribution of a surplus income to the shareholders being the dividends or the profit. The process is called the non distribution constraint.

If managed well, this nonprofit sector surely grows continuously, and thus, aspiring students or some other people are given the chance to launch their careers here and initially open the doors.
